Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 3, 2026

This policy explains what data cutlistoptimization.com collects and why.

1. What we collect

  • Account data: your email address and, if you use Google sign-in, your name and Google account identifier.
  • Usage data: a random device identifier, a salted hash of your IP address, and the number and size (panel and sheet counts) of calculations. We use it to enforce free limits and prevent abuse. We do not store your panel dimensions on our servers unless a feature says so.
  • Payment data: payments are handled by Stripe or PayPal. We receive only the plan, status, and customer or subscription identifiers, never your card number.
  • Reports: anything you send through Report an issue.

2. Data stored in your browser

Your projects, drafts and last result are saved in your browser (localStorage). You can clear them in your browser settings. We do not use advertising cookies. If the site owner turns on an analytics service (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Microsoft Clarity), it may set its own cookies and collect anonymous usage statistics such as pages viewed and approximate location.

3. How we use data

To run the Service, sign you in, apply limits, process payments, answer reports, and keep the Service secure.

4. Service providers

We use Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe and PayPal (payments), Google (sign-in), Hostinger (hosting and email), and Google Fonts. They process data on our behalf under their own policies.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers above or when required by law.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep account and payment records while your account exists and as required for accounting. To delete your account and data, email us and we will do so within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data by emailing us.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version. Contact: [email protected]
