Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy covers paid plans on cutlistoptimization.com.

Free plan

The free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. Try the tool before you buy.

Pro (monthly subscription)

You can cancel at any time from Manage subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
If you are charged for the first time and are not satisfied, request a refund within 14 days of that payment.
Renewal payments are refunded only if you contact us within 7 days of the charge and have not used the paid features since.

Lifetime (one-time payment)

Request a refund within 14 days of purchase and it will be granted. After 14 days, Lifetime payments are not refundable.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from your account email with the date of the payment. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal) within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Your plan returns to Free once the refund is issued.

Exceptions

If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or the Service did not work as described and we could not fix it, we will refund you regardless of the periods above.
