These Terms govern your use of cutlistoptimization.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

CutList Optimization is an online tool that calculates cutting layouts for sheet materials. Calculations run in your browser. Results are suggestions: always check dimensions, grain, kerf and material before cutting.

2. Accounts

Some features need an account. You must give a valid email address and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

3. Free use and limits

Free use is limited (for example a number of calculations per day). Limits may change. Attempting to bypass limits is not allowed.

4. Paid plans

Pro is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled. Lifetime is a one-time payment for access for as long as the Service operates. Prices are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal; we do not store card details. You can cancel a subscription at any time from Manage subscription; access continues until the end of the paid period. 5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no scraping at scale, reverse engineering to bypass limits, attacking the Service, or using it for unlawful purposes.

6. Your data

You own your projects. Projects are stored in your browser unless you sign in and use features that store data on our servers. See the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for material waste, wrong cuts, lost profits or other indirect damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after a change means you accept it. The date above shows the latest version.
